Monday 10/26: (original) Word of the week
Sign posted in my neighborhood. I will have to check back each week to learn something new! In case you didn't know: "A sampan is a relatively flat bottomed Chinese wooden boat from 3.5 to 4.5 m (approximately twelve to fifteen feet) long." (Wikipedia, of course)
Sunday 10/25: Rainy Sunday
Justin and I had an amazing rainy Sunday afternoon. We discovered this park driving around unfamiliar Seattle areas. The rain gave everything a bluish tint.
Friday 10/23: Bus stop berries
I liked these berries near my bus stop, but it was very windy so it took a while to get a not-too-blurry shot, which I guess made me look weird, since when I looked up two people were staring at me. All in a days work with this photo project.

Sunday 10/18: Candles from Amber
These super cool and yummy-smelling candles were a birthday gift from Amber.
Saturday 10/17: Pumpkin patch
The Stoney Ridge Farm pumpkin patch in the middle of a crazy downpour. This may have put a damper on Justin's mood since he did not wear a coat, but I loved this place and the storm just made it more exciting.

Sunday 10/11: Baker and friends

There were tons of cats out this day. Here are two. I think the black one is checking out the lighter one, who is playing hard to get.
